		<description>Yep, I put three coats of fast drying poly on both pieces. It really made the wood grain look good, but it wasn&#039;t looks that I was after. The thin wood (actually fiber) is now moisture resistant. I suspect this board could last as a flat building surface for the rest of MY life. If I don&#039;t float it in the lake...</description>
